Re: Bring your own cover?

I always bring a few...  I prefer the poly which, yes, are more costly.  If you are fine with the provider's supply, then there's no need.

If you prefer a certain kind then bring them & leave the excess.
If one needs to be replaced, while on the clock, it's wise to have spares at hand.
There are scams where the girl needs to run out for them... exits with the donation.

If you provide the cover, the lady has the right to inspect the package for tampering, current date, etc...  & to refuse to use them.  I've never had it happen maybe because I resect her right to do so.

Just wondering how many of you guys bring your own condoms to a meeting?  I've never brought any and the girls always have an adequate supply.

I don't want to have a stash that the SO might find.

I do. Only because I am allergic to Latex.

I prefer the poly kind, which are much more $ than latex.

Great idea H8traffic!  I had a lady in Salt Lake City that did not have any condoms and it ruined the night.  (Except for my hand which pulled through for me after she left)  My SO probably would not be impressed finding condoms on me since I have had a vasectomy.  Yes, I could have requested oral but  I brought her there for the main course and had to send her home.  We agreed on a partial refund before she left.  Once again, this was before I knew about TER.  She was quite new and had been posting on Craigslist.

It could have mixture of anxiety from leading a double life and hiding the biz from your family and friends, and civvies that cause some forgetfulness.
It really sucks when that happens.
Maybe she had allergies and took a benydryl and couldn't think straight.
My posts and ads come out all crazy when I take benydryl but thank goodness I never forget the balloons for the party.

It's part of the back up plan.  However, I'm single so don't have to worry about the SO finding them.

both for reasons of security and preferance.

I think twice in the last ten years I've needed to use them because a gal forgot to bring some.

Grab a three pack, and then leave them behind after you leave. Then you dont have to worry about the SO finding them. The girl should always have an adequate supply of condoms though, and if shes really smart, she'll have various kinds. We usually dont mind if you bring your own though, as long as the box is still sealed.

A month or two ago on the main board there was a big thread about bringing your own cover and most of the women were saying NO-NO!

I remember them commenting that some dirt bags might poke a hole thru the condom for whatever twisted reason. Or the condome can suffer heat damage and go on fine, yet come apart during play time. I'm sure there were other reasons.

Yes, I brought one once because her reviews recommended to (thank goodness for reviews). But it seemed to me that the bulk of Providers didn't want anything to do with our own supply...

Some women won't mind, others will. I will ocassionally have a gentleman show up carrying his own, and when that happens, I politely decline to use them. The reason for me is that I am very sensitive, and some condoms, particularly Durex condoms, cause me to suffer irritation and have been known to give me a yeast infection. I try to be as accomodating a lady as I can, but not so accommodating that I willingly suffer a yeast infection just to be nice and use the condoms he brought LOL. I have one brand that doesn't irritate me, so I stick to that brand and only that brand.

There are two exceptions to that. If the gentleman is allergic to latex, as one poster mentioned, and he brings a polyurethane brand, I won't mind using them at all. And if a gentleman happens to have been richly blessed by God(dess), I keep Magnum's on hand as well :)
