You need to read what we call the Newbie Manual, or Self Help Manual that you will find linked on this page. Look for the red and white life preserver.

It will explain everything about how to use TER, and has a lot of good info on the hobby in general.

Regarding placing an ad, which you sort of did with your second post, this should only be done on the local ad boards, and a few other selected boards, but not on this one.

Read up and afterwards if you have any questions, we'll try to help you out.

You can have a open discussion here! But place your ads on the Ad boards if you are paid member you can PM other members

There is a "chat" function but I don't think that many people use it. Talking via regular posting (like this one!) may be slower, but it works ... just like you're using it now

just in general... what are the discussion boards for?  how do you post you are available, too?  how do you let the member see your name so they know you are open for a date.. and so on..??
