You already have limited VIP privliges.  For example you can send and receive PMs.  You should be able to read your own reviews as well, but not those of other providers.

Well what do I (provider) write reviews about?
Well if I already have ViP privileges besides reading other provider reviews than that's fine...

You can write a review about a session you book with another provider.  You wouldn't be the first provider to do that.
