Upon receiving my second review (YAY!), I wanted to take a minute to make another post to express my gratitude to you all. I am so grateful that I found this board, and the advice I've gotten from all of you has proven invaluable. If it weren't for you ladies (particularly London, Ally and Kendall) and gents (perfectstorm, swim, CCPA, and so many more), I'd probably be working under very unprofessional and unsafe tactics. Y'all are my heroes and I am forever indebted to you!

Way to go girl.  Keep up the good work.  I am glad I could be of some help.  I mean I feel obligated to share what I have learned and realizing that I was not long ago in your shoes.  If we all help each other and bond with each other truthfully in sharing our info, experiences, and research like this, it makes for fun times had by all!

Before I found TER.  The more I read & followed the threads, I realized I'd made a number of Newbie mistakes, any one of which could have led to disaster.  I was LUCKY.  Luck is NOT a plan!  Over the first year, I continually upped my game to include best practices...  
I try to share from what I've learned...  and continue to learn...  from the esteemed members here.
