Im sure this question has been asked, but can't seem to fine the answer...

If you used a particular Agency before at least 3 times, and each experience was wonderfull,  Is it ok to see a woman with no reviews if she has been there at least 2 months.

Or should I wait for her to get a couple of reviews before seeing her at the agency..

thanks

I have done this a few times with good results but there is still no guarantee. I have also been burned a few times.  Keep in mind that a woman could be on the agency's website for a couple of months but actually only have worked for a few days.

Any reputable agency will stop representing a girl who gets complaints but that does not always happen right away. Any reputable agency will also try and make good with a loyal customer on a bad appointment.  This does not mean that you will get a refund if you see a girl and don't click with her (YMMV is reality) but if you are a good customer the agency will generally work with you if an appointment does not go well.  I have received discounts and even a free appointment or two for reporting bad behavior to an agency owner rather than just showing up on TER and whining about it before contacting the agency.

In short, it's a judgment call that really depends on the over-all reputation of the agency.

It could depend on the agency. Some agencies will only hire providers that work up to a certain standard.
I would first ask if the agency's reputation is solid. That would be my determining factor.

There are several agencies that are local to me that I would not hesitate to see an un-reviewed provider, and have done so on a few occasions.
There is always a possibility that there could be a lemon from time time, even with the best agency.

My answer would be to go for it.
You have 3 good experiences with the agency, and I would be expecting the same satisfactory service.

If she was an independent my answer would be to pass.

I might wait for a couple of Reviews and then maybe take a chance.  I guest I will just ride it out. If she goods then she will have at least 2 reviews.

If the Q is LE related, more than likely you are OK if you have used the agency before.

Now, if the Q is service related I can tell you about a couple instances

1.  After the session, I called and asked the owner/booker if she had been to the gal's incall location.  She said "No, why?"  The place was poorly maintained by landlord, and the gal's BBBJ skills were a LOT better than her housekeeping skills.  And the BBBJ was only mediocre.

2. Sometimes the agency/booker has never even met the gal in person.  One gal told me she had just arrived in town.  Later, agency asked me some follow up questions.  "How was she dressed?"  Stuff like that.  I then realized, the gal was hired "sight unseen".

Let me ask you a question. Even the 100 best girls in business once didn't have any reviews. So you wouldn't take them because they don't have reviews? But actually they turned to be the 100 best girls in business. If everyone was thinking this way, the whole TER wouldn't exist, because there wouldn't be anyone to experience the best girl in business so that he can review her, because he is too wise to wait for the others to write a review.  Am I not right?

If you look to the top right of the screen, you'll see that TER now has over 600,000 reviews.  If you back off the retired ladies that never delisted, ripoffs, too far away and those that didn't meet your personal criteria, there are STILL plenty to choose from.

It makes sense that everyone needs to start somewhere.  For newbies, that's with a lady that's well reviewed.  Period.

My opinion is completely biased because I am that girl!  I work for an agency, have been there maybe 3 months now.  I don't have any reviews because I haven't been there that long, and I've been kind of shy about asking clients to write me one.  The other ladies I work with have been there longer, and are well reviewed.  I don't see why a guy wouldn't take a chance on me if he liked my pics and my bio.  But again, I am just biased.  I haven't met a client yet who wasn't completely satisfied, and I have accumulated some regulars already.  So I think taking a chance on me even though I don't have reviews yet - it's still a pretty good chance that you'll have a GREAT time.  But again, I am just biased here.  :)
