I like something like that instead of lol just I ready your reviews and would like to see you this day at this time for this long ..... because i'm just blinking at the screen like ummmm who are you. I get immediately paranoid and think LE until proven otherwise and usually respond back with something like/along the lines of "No offense, but I don't know you from a can of paint so a little screening is necessary" and start out with asking if they are on a few popular review/verification sites including this one and go from there (though I greatly prefer calls first)...some answer my reply email some don't.

I've written a briefer introductory e-mail titled "Advance Screening" with some referances.  I've had good luck with ladies who screen...  and appointments actually scheduled quicker than I expected.
Ladies who grab the first arriving caller don't usually respond to this approach but if that's how they work, I don't want to invest in driving to their location anyway.

I'm a complete newbie so pardon my total ignorance.

What info goes into the intro email requesting an appointment?  Do I just request a date and time or should I include personal information and preferences (even if they are all "standard")?

and ask her how she would like to screen you. That's what I did with my first two providers, and I got to see both of them. I didn't request a date and time until the screening was done.

Thank you for your reply.

You make an excellent point on providing some information and what to look for from a provider's perspective.  Thanks for the sample.  It really helps!
