2. Is there an acronym dictionary for all the terms ... i.e., GFE, DKY, DFY, BBBJ, etc, etc. ....

the instruction manual doesn't have "420"; what does that mean?

To me 420 signifies something to do with weed. April 20th (4/20) is basically pot head day where everyone just gets baked for the entire day.

I would say the standard 10-20% is appropriate, usually something like $50-$100, but entirely up to you and completely optional.
