If she is like me, then the vast majority of her cliant base is made up of regulars. Her review history sounds similar to mine. In my first year or so, I got reviews on a regular basis. Now, having provided for more than 4 years, and still seeing many of the gentlemen I met when I was new, I get far fewer reviews. Most of my clients have already reviewed me.
If she is responding to your mails, then I wouldn't be too concerned. There are a number of reasons why women have gaps in reviews. WOmen who do not tour (like myself) tend to get new reviews at a much slower pace than ladies who tour frequently. What area of the country she is located in also matters because TER is not always the most popular review site in some areas. High volume versus low volume also matters, as well as having a customer base that is made up primarily of regulars.
She has 7 very good reviews within a 3 month span from the first; most posted by hobbyists with over a dozen reviews. However, nothing new since the last review 5 months ago.
Her site is up and running. She answers her email.
I don't know why, but the lack of recent reviews nags me.
1) She doesn't feel the need to have a lot of reviews. One of my favorites is this way, she has several reviews but really isn't looking for more and does ask that they not be written. She doesn't feel it necessary to have loads of reviews.
2) She has a somewhat regular set of people that she sees, so they don't write new reviews.
Are the guys who reviewed her still active (more recent reviews)? You note that she answers her emails, have you traded any conversation with her?
In the end, you have to be the one who is comfortable...
I concur - I wouldn't worry too much if she was well reviewed before and still answers her E-mails. After being established, some ladies want to stay low volume/UTR and don't want to be reviewed.
Sometimes ladies will take a break because of family issues, etc. Also, if they see a lot of regulars, there will not be new reviews. As long as you are comfortable with her e-mail responses (friendly, encouraging, etc.), go for it.
I've seen a listing on Eros of a very attractive provider I've considered seeing. When I was able to contact her by phone (with lots of difficulty) we were having a nice conversation. What I could not understand is that she's been advertising for quite some time and yet not a single review for her, ever. All I did was ask her about any reviews an she shouted "I'd never let anyone write those kind of things about me!" and she hung up. All the providers I've seen want repeat clients and good reviews help tremendously to bring in new hobbyists. Let's face it- providers in general are not as booked up as they were a few years ago. I also noticed she uses the same name as someone else and sometimes the phone numbers are the same with pictures of 2 different gals. These things are red flags so would you agree this is one to stay away from, or am I over reacting?
she says "see my reviews on ter" on her site but they are 4 years old. is it appropriate to ask her why there aren't more current reviews? has anyone heard of providers eventually working for LE or am i just being paranoid?
