What dose 420 mean ??

looking for a provider who allows getting high during session or a provider stating that she does. There's all kinds of urban myths about where it started, but I think the real answer is that it is from the LAPD police radio code (or statute number) from way back.

I am drug free but that term comes from a date April 20th. I was told by a user it's the national pot day.
