I havent figured out the secret to getting an appointment with a non agency provider- they all want a provider reference...

Explain in a short e-mail that you are a newbie and offer other information you are comfortable with since you don't have a reference.  Another way is to see an agency girl and ask the agency to give you a reference.

You might also consider signing up with one of the referral services that seems to get wide usage in your area -- RoomService2K, Date-Check, and Preferred411 all seem to be in common use in different areas.  It's a little more money, but it does take care of some of the initial screening issues.

thanks for the advice- many of the hot indys want two agency referrals up front on email, some wont accept any!I just liked certain indys looks/reviews but no chance to chat having no referals. Agency will be plan b- screw the indys(or not)

Examine your approach when contacting the ladies. many good providers will look for signs in communication that give them a feel for a potential client. Look for an indy that does contact only through email. On the first email to her state only the time and day that you want a meeting. If followup email, provide the information that she requests. If you are naturally courteous, you should not encounter problems hooking up with goodd, hot indies or having a fun time with them once in their company.

. . . mobile number, time and date you're requesting and let her know that you do not have a provider reference but ask her if she'd like your business number OR your home address OR your company website (if it includes your name) OR whatever else that you feel comfortable with providing.

Choose a well-reviewed lady for discretion.
