I'm close to setting up my first massage appointment.....i have checked reviews and she has 7 positive ones......my question is....is 7 enough to be sure about LE.....and should i have any other concerns.....sorry but im kind of new to this???

I would say that seven is enough but you need to look at who the reviewers are. Have they posted multiple reviews of different ladies or are all seven from one time reviewers.

If you are worried about her being LE you should also check that the people that reviewed  her have at least several reviews under their belt.  If you are still worried you can send them a PM(Personal mail) and ask the reviewers for more information by clicking on the small envelope next to their names.  Generally if she has been reviewed by reviewers with multiple reviews your good to go.

There is no such thing as 100% certainty.  If you follow the above advise, you'll be as certain as possible about what will transpire.  Just because there are reviews, does not mean they are good.  You need VIP to read the details...  see if the offering is what you are looking for.
