on 'my TER', when I click top 100, only 1 page loads. may be top 20 or top 48, depending upon city.

how do I get the list of the top 100?

Certain cities don't have 100 providers

AbLe to qualify, for the top 100. TER only posts providers who qualify. I know Denver for example only has 20 or so providers.
