I know this question has been answered here before, but I can't seem to figure this out. How do I redeem my membership days that I have collected from reviews? Thanks.

They are usually added to your account right away after you have submitted an approved review.

The membership days that have been posted to your account following an approved review also start "counting down" right away after they have been posted.

To see the balance of VIP days you have left:

Log in to your account, click on account manager, and then click on edit my profile. You will see the balance you have left at the bottom of the box.

That's what I mean. I have built up 75 days and they never get used. It constantly stays on 75 until I write another review when it will jump to 90. I assume that means I am not using them. I originally signed up with a ccard if that means anything. I just want to start using those instead of paying for my membership.

but you never use them so long as your card is being billed every month.  Unfortunately, the system isn't set up to only bill you when you have less than 30 days banked.

If you cancel the monthly billing, your will begin using the free days you have accumulated.

When I cancelled my monthly, all of the days in my "bank" disappeared as well. Poof...
A simple e-mail to staff quickly fixed the problem, so no harm, but it wouldn't hurt to note how many days are in the bank just in case.
