On one of the regional board there was reference to the term "puffies" relative to nipples.  I'm unfamiliar with that term and was curious just what this nipple feature is.

The ones that look like they are puffed up/erect/engorged/swollen

I believe that's when the whole areola looks swollen not just the nipple.
