Doesn't a PSE require that the provider is an actual pornstar? I know there are a lot of pornstars out there that are also providers, so it seems a little deceptive that a regular provider that is not a pornstar would advertise a PSE.

PSE doesn't necessarily mean that the person is a pornstar.  

It is no different than saying a GFE is actually a girl friend.  Think about it.
