providing raincoats..

It is generally expected that you will provide condoms. One very good reason is the one you just stated-if you don't have them available it could cost you business. Some men will bring a condom and some won't. Quite honestly, asking them to bring one in advance probably not a good idea since you are then admitting (possibly to a member of LE) that you will be providing sex. Never a good idea with a client that you have no history with.

Speaking of that...As far as getting caught with them, well, the idea of course is not to get caught by carefully screening your clients. If the unfortunate happens you DO get busted having condoms on you is only one nail in the coffin. If a cop is already in the same room with you it's going to mean a trip to the poky regardless of weather or not you have condoms on you. Large amounts of cash, lube, cell phones and laptop computers will all become evidence against you.

LE should not be able to search your property without a warrant or without your permission.

They will probably do so anyways.

You should object and then (hopefully) that evidence will not be allowed if and when you are brought to trial.

But obviously, if things get to that point, you're already in a lot of hot water.

Screen carefully and avoid being in a room with LE.

Also, it is a good idea to supply your own condoms just so that you don't have to worry that your customer is using a condom that's been in the glove compartment of his car for six months in which case the heat has probably rendered it incapable of staying whole.

I was just wondering...who's responsibility is it to provide the protection when a full service session is scheduled? Is it that of the provider or that of the client? I always ask my guys to please bring it with them because I dont usually carry them around with me for obvious reasons.. in case the unthinkable happens and they find my stash of raincoats  and use it as evidence against me? I've had some missed opportunities because my client forgot to bring theres..so to avoid any further mishaps, should I have my own stash on hand..and if so..how do I go about being discreet about it? or should I just continue to ask my clients to bring it with them?

Still learning the ropes....

You'll find some interesting legal issues discussed concerning the hobby. By itself, it's not illegal to be in possession of condoms, no matter how many you have.

It is better for most guys if the provider has them.  Many providers prefer NOT to use condoms supplied by clients, some for latex allergies, some fear of out of date products.  There are tales of some sicko client tampering with the condom...  Almost an Urban Legend at this point, but even once is one too many.  That said, I try to bring a sealed 3 pack with me which avoids certain scams & unfortunate accidents.  (Sometimes a cover neds to be replaced mid-session.)
Not all sizes fit all, so ladies need to have a small variety on hand.  Your typical LE sting, there are 2 people in the room & one is an undercover LEO.  You know you are not LEO.  You need to do your best to make sure anyone you see is not...  by screening & taking as much time as necessary.
A recent bust I read about in a nearby city, LEO called off an ad & the girl showed up 20 minutes later...  I dare say she did not screen.
The key is sex for money is the violation...  LE will ask leading questions in order for you to say the "Magic Combination" of words to get you busted.   What you have in your purse does not matter if you are not in the same room as LE.  If you say those magic words, not having protection with you will not save you.

condoms and lube with me as a matter of course (need them on civie dates, too). When I was active, I'd take a small, overnight kit-bag with me; had my supplies, but also comb and brush and so on. Just tucked them into my smallish suitcase. No one was the wiser.

Didn't I hear something some months back about DC, where if a lady is caught w/more than 3 on her person, she can be charged w/just that as evidence??  Most states don't have this law, and carrying them is not illegal... just keep the needed amount w/you & not an entire box(ie, 1 hour appointment, have 2 w/you). NEVER ask the client to supply them himself, very bad idea for many reasons.

I've still got the "in case I get lucky" condom I put in my wallet when I was 14. Obviously, I never got lucky or I would have used it. Years later, I got Lucky ... but she had her own supply.

Interesting thread im an Independent from the UK and im about to move to the US and i'm starting to worry about all this LE talk i know its code but what exactly does it mean? clearly something to do with finding yourself on the wrong side of the law. Personally i would never use a condom provided by somebody other than myself and I think a lady should always be prepared for any events that might take place while she is on a date.... but surely anything that happens on a date is purely because two grown consenting adults want it to so why so much of the police crackdown and how do we know that there's none of these LE people on this site??....... clearly i also have some ropes to learn aaarghhhhh. any help much appreciated.

Casey :-) x

A lady should always have her own supply for the day. You should not trust your health and safety to that level with a stranger (client).  Discussing this in an email, text, or phone call is tantamount to admitting there will be an exchange of money for sex. So LE only has to have you make the request and then show up to arrest you.  You are then free to argue your case in court.

Screen, check references, utilize the verification sites and protect yourself. This is a business learn it.  Good luck.

I recently has a encounter and let myself get burned just for fear that LE could be at hand.  TER is a resource for the safety of everyone.
