There is someone I'd like to see who is a P411 member like me but also advertises on BP almost every day. She has about 10 reviews here and most of those were from guys who had seen many other ladies. Still, I am hesitant to see anyone who is on BP. Also she charges much less than other providers on P411 so I am a little suspicious. Or am I just paranoid?

If she has 10 reviews, and they are good reviews, and they are from guys who have written many reviews, then what the hell difference does it make where she advertises? Backpage is only an advertising site and many reputable ladies use it. Sure it is also filled with scams snd robs etc, but that's why you do research. When people say "avoid backpage" what they really should be saying is "newbies should not see someone from backpage who has no reviews or no other internet presense."

Now you have already done the proper research.  
Does she have reviews? Check.
Are they good reviews? Check. (at least I assume they are, even though you didn 't say)
Are they written by guys with many reviews themselves? Check
Does she have ads elsewhere? Check. Hmmm P411 member, that's usually a good sign.

If she is someone that interests you, and her price is right, go for it. Don't let the fact she has an ad on BP stop you.

My take based on the info you provided...  

...On P411, so I would not be concerned that she is on BP.  

...has 10 reviews by reviewers with a history of reviews, lends even more credibility that she is legit.

...rate is lower than others in same market. Red flag IMO. I would scrutinize the reviews, and reach out to the reviewers to see if there is something they would share privately that they did't want to publicly.  To me this suggests that her pics are old or she does not perform all that well.  What do her reviews say? Are they consistent? Are they lower than other ladies in her market to possibly warrant the lower donation?

There are areas where I will post on BP.

Kind in mind, TER is a review board first and foremost.  You should not expect a lady to solely use this site as her advertisements means.  Many men have not yet found their way to TER and certain demographic areas are not strongly represented here.  

In my BP ads I indicate my TER ID so those in the know can find my reviews.  Many times I will get responses from my BP ad containing all the verification information I need to begin screening...TER handle, whitelist if applicable. P411 ID, etc.  I have asked many of these gents why they are contacting me via BP when I clearly have a weekly ad posted here.  The response most often is " TER ads can only be posted once every 7 days and your plans may have changed, if I see you today on BP I am more certain you are actually where you are ".

Anybody I see that isn't already on TER, I tell them all about it.  I saw a gent yesterday, after screening with work info, after talking to me on the phone he signed up for VIP so he could see all the juicy details.

Does BP get LE attention?  Probably, but, probably not as much as you perceive.  Monitored?  Maybe from time to time...I don't think there is someone from a Federal agency sitting at a desk all day and alerting local PD across the US.

There is potential for any of what you imagine to be specific to BP on any of the ad sites.  A lady shouldn't be expected to attain her business from solely P411 and TER ( one is a verification site, the other a review site )

You being a newbie, it should be her being more skeptical of you not vice versa.

You should see her, then tell her to raise her rates lol. If she is on P411, she's obviously wanting to show she is legit. Some providers have to use BP because of the area they live in, and she is probably NOT posting every day, but purchased a bulk ad package which posts automatically.  

Guys assume because an ad pops up on Friday, Jan. 17, that the ad was actually written and placed that day... so far from the case. Those ads run whether or not you post them, depending on which package you bought. You can do montly ads that post every day at x time for a cheaper rate than the 7-10 bucks you pay per day, so most people go the cheaper route. Personally, I don't know why anyone would pay that much for BP. You can get an Eros ad for 30 days for a third of that price.
