...TER what needs to be changed. If you need to make several changes you can use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. Tell them what needs changing. Be sure to give them your TER ID#. Look at the top of any page. Click on the My TER tab then click My Problem Reports or My Feedback (depending on whether you use the Report a Problem button or Contact Us.) to see their response. It sometimes takes a day or two for them to get back to you.

Sometimes hours. Sometimes days. Depends how busy they are, but they can be very slow. Be patient, and stick to one method of contact. You probably overwhelmed or confused them by using three methods of contact. Give them 48 hours from your last contact then follow up using ONLY email, or contact us.
I have emailed TER admin a handful of times since May asking them to change certain things on my profile and they have always gotten back to me within a 24 hr period (usually much less.) They have never given me a problem about the info I needed changed nor have they ever asked me to provide prof of my changes.
