Probably the local boards

The most appropriate place would probably be the regional board for the agency and parlor. Just be sure to explain appropriately what went on and not just post a rant.

Not to be mean but I really wouldn't have paid beforehand with a credit card for such a service. Too risky for the exact reason you talked about and others as well. Be sure you monitor your card statement well if it wasn't a pre-paid one and I'd seriously think about calling the company and asking for a new card number and maybe try contesting the charge as well if you're inclined to. Good luck.

I've had two situations come up this week, and I don't know how to deal with them. At least, I don't know how to deal with them from a TER standpoint.

1) While having a post-coital cuddle with a provider, she reveals that an agency in town is working with LE and she was busted because they knowingly sent her to a sting. I obviously would like to warn other hobbyists and providers away from this agency. Is there a place to do that on TER?

2) I scheduled a sensual massage through a website. Spoke to the booker/scheduler several times. Pre-paid via their website with a credit card. Confirmed the day of the appointment. At that time, was told they needed to push my appointment back 15 minutes. No problem. Showed up to the address 5 minutes before the new time. Called the number as instructed in the email. No answer. Texted the number. No answer. Mailbox full, so no ability to leave voicemail. Emailed. Waited for 30 minutes. Still no response. Left. Still have not been contacted. Is there a place/way on TER to help other hobbyists avoid this massage agency?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

avoid agencies.

Sounds like both 1) and 2) are issues with agencies.

As for #2, I guess you can call your CC company.
