There is no rule on not posting rates on ads. The ad has to be posted to the ad board for the city you are planning to visit. You can only post an ad every 7 days. Your ad must have a link to your personal website, your TER profile, or your ad on an ad mall (i.e. eros, cityvibe, etc.) You can also use a link to A P411 profile or similar. If you use your personal website, then it must have a link back to TER.

I have submitted, on two different occassions, visiting ads for NY, however my ads aren't getting posted. Can someone send me the link which states the requirements to advertise for visiting.
I have included the tour dates in the title, I have not used all upper case in my title, I have not included the rates in my ad....what else is required here?
