There are no legal issues in Ontario, correct?  At least for outcall?  I read this from some web resources and want to ensure there is no real chance of a bust.  Provider reviews from the area seem out of this world and I couldn't find anything under rip-offs.  I want to feel free to play while away on business.

I lived in the Detroit area for several years and went to Windsor for hobby.  Only did outcall to hotel, but was told that it was legal.

I was pretty confident it was OK.  Just wanted to hear from some experts.  Thanks.

I don't know the legal facts besides what I've read on-line, but Toronto definitely has a wonderful selection, and my experiences at outcall were all good! Enjoy yourself.

Also, if you like visiting strip clubs, one I liked was Deja vu. It is on Carlingview Drive just north of Dixon Rd.

We're not so anal (pardon the pun) up here about sex and prostitution.
The laws here are very different than the laws in the states which only force the biz go under even more so! Prostitution itself is not illegal here......it's the act of solicition that's considered illegal. And definitely if it's done in public, like a street walker would.
Also, incalls are illegal here but not outcalls. Incalls are when the client visits the escort at her location, and outcalls are when the escort visits the client at his location, whether his home or hotel room.
Now many escorts here offer both as I do, but so long it's very discreet and there's no trouble or complaints, law enforcement won't bother you. The only time they investigate is if there's suspicion of underage girls, drugs or illegal immigration taking place.....or a public complaint of rowdiness, drunkeness or ruckuss going on.
Therefore, no one here would ever be able to operate a brothel openly as you do there, since that would be the same as an incall location and they would be charged with keeping a commom bawdy house.

Outcalls are entirely legal and so long as the exchange of money for sex is in private between the 2 parties, it's perfectly safe. The only time you need to worry, is if the escort suspects the client of being an undercover cop, cuz then he could charge her with soliction........even if it's done privately. The fact that a law enforcement agent was part and provy of the exchange of money for sex, constitutes solicition and since it's the act of solicition that is illegal, she could be arrested. But it hardly ever happens here. The cops are too busy dealing with the underage girls, drugs or illegal immigrant girls in the biz.
Some of the laws probably sound confusing and they are, cuz there's a lot of gray area, but it's these same gray areas that allow for us to openly advertise our escort services, so long as we have a disclaimer in place, as I do on the front page of my website.
I would say half of my clients are out of town men here on biz, and more than half of those out of town clients, are American. Many men in the U.S. have long known about our more lenient laws regarding the sex trade so many have been travelling here for years and years. I have many American clients who drive here all the way form NY state, or Michigan or other border states just to see me, because we are so much more relaxed about prostitution here.

Ramona,

Thanks for all the great advice you posted.  Much of what you described to me was explained by my first provider during small talk after the fact.  You Canadians are so much more sensible with your laws on this matter.

I'm still lost with this incall stuff.  I've seen some ladies advertise incall at their apparent residence.  To me, that would seem legal, because the purpose of the incall law is to prevent a "house" from operating.  So, it's still a private solicitation between two individuals, away from public.  It would seem the same if the incall was at a hotel.  I can't understand why it would matter who made the reservations.  If someone is truly working as an independent, it would seem legitimate to me.

BTW, I did manage to find your site, but you were not working during my visit.  I am a younger man, but though it would have been fun.  Perhaps another time.  Will definitely be back to see a Leafs game at some point...and a couple companions.
