You may be moderated because of the first incident, so be patient and wait a few hours.

If it is rejected again, contact the moderator and ask them why.

your ad should be approved.  Once the mod of your local regional board has checked it out (allow time for this to happen) things will go smoothly.  While you can only advertize on your regional board once every 7 days, participating on other topics can increase client's comfort level.  It can be frustrating as you'll be moderated (posts reviewed before they appear) & conversations can  move on in the mean time.  But you need a posting history...  after say 30 days, ask your regional moderator to unmoderate you.
