I have seen lots of providers who post all over the place, so I would not take that as bad - different sites are used more or less in different areas, so if her city is a smaller market, she may be trying to reach out to as many business travelers as possible.

What I normally look for is consistent and recent reviews.  If her reviews are good and fairly recent, you can generally trust that they are legit.  The other thing is that frequent posting is not always an indication of LE, more often than not, it is a scam...

Good luck.

Hi all,

Pretty new to the hobby, seen 2 providers. I am going out of town and would like to see a particular lady while I am there. There seem to be very few providers in this city in comparison to where I am from (just FYI).

The lady in question's adds come up on all the various sites ero$, BP, CV and allot of other miscellaneous ones. She has about 6 reviews on TER, all seem to be pretty good. I saw a post by her on a random site from early 2010 saying she was new to the industry. My question is: Is it a good sign that she "pops" up all over the place and is it a good indication that she is not LE, that she has been posting adds for a significant amount of time?

My thought is that if she where a problem, she would have been out-ed by the community by now?

Good logic or inexperienced hopefulness?

Thanks for any insight!!

are legit and have written several reviews themselves.

Ads are a dime a dozen and should not be relied on.

Are they authored by veteran hobbyists? If so go see her. All the ads, don't matter.

You've studied this particular provider well. Being new at this you may still be a little nervous. If you've had the chance to speak with her, I would probably let her know that you are new.

I got busted from an Ad that was removed by the time I was released 18 hours later.  Its too easy for Cops to get new phones and numbers, invent a new name, create a new identity to nab the low hanging fruit of dummies like I was who don't do research.  If a girls got history, both of reviews but even as you ask, of ads themselves extending over time, probably not LE.

Its too easy for a false LE identity to get outed for them to bother I'd think.  Also, cop ladies don't want their pics to have faces, or naughty bits, yet Cops generally can't just steal pics like bait and switch girls and rip offs do, so a variety of pics, with faces, with changing pics over time, is a good indicator.  Maybe not universally true, but in my case the pic was the real cop lady, but with naughty bits covered by lingerie, and face concealed- suggestive but not rated R

That's F__king B.S. man. I hope you didn't get into any serious trouble over that entrapment. If they have anyting other then a fully dressed/covered up female that is entrapment. (obviously no lawyer I just think so)

Entrapment is now a legal fiction left over from olden times and a more liberal judiciary

they can lie and cheat and anything that you do that can be reasonably understood to involve solicitation -ie proposing sexual contact for money, any euphamism, even a grunt that sounds positive to a suggestive euphamistic question, is enough.

No money need change hands, or even be produced (hiding it in envelopes, putting it on bathrooms, not talking about it, ALL BS defense methods, all myths)
No obvious explicit communication need happen (nods, cute euphamisms are enough)
Nobody need be naked or even disrobe to any degree
Nobody need touch or otherwise take any action

"hey baby, want a good time? (or date, or GFE or any other acronym or buzz word)
answer: "sure" or "ok" or (nod) or (pull car over) or (call several times to get room number and show up and knock and come in)  all count as your part of the solicitation transaction
ENTRAPMENT IS NOT A REAL LEGAL DEFENSE, at least how most folks here think it is.

Think of it this way: If you can tell, despite BS disclaimers and euphamisms and indirectness and 'donation' and 'roses' and 'stress relief', that what you both are discussing is P2P, and a judge thinks you understood this and that any normal reasonable person would understand this, then YOU ARE BUSTED, YOU SOLICITED.

Everything other than making sure the Girl is NOT a COP, as a type of defense, is a MYTH

coerced into doing something you wouldn't normally do. If you wouldn't normally pick up a SW or hire a gal, but you get (essentially) bullied into it or "talked long and hard into it," then that could be construed as entrapment. (Not necessarily will be construed as such once you get to court, but could be.)

Anything else, nope.

I'm not Perry Mason, though, so be sure to check out what YOUR state says is entrapment.
