For providers that have phone only, when is the best time to call to inquire about hour, and day of the week availabilty?  I don't want a lengthy conversation, I want to A) book an appointment  or B) find out when she's available so I can call back.   When I call, providers seem to be impatient with these questions that are not on their web page, if they are not available, and that can't be asked by e-mail because they don't have it.  I assumed that if she didn't want to talk she she would let it go to voicemail and answer it at a more convenient time.   Are there any  dos or donts for phone ettiquete on my part?

Also, what should be in the subject line of an e-mail requesting an appointment?

Thank you, this is a great board!  d

It is rare now that a provider doesn't have email, let alone a website, but I suppose some may have never gone on line.

As far as phone ettiquete goes, be friendly and business like, and do not bring up anything regarding sexual activites.  If she does not have a site, and you need to enquire about fees, be very coy.  Say something like: "How many roses would you like me to bring with me?" (1 rose = $100)

Also be ready with your references and personal information.

Probably the best thing to put on the subject line of an email is the time and date you want to meet with a question mark.

Good luck.
