Don't automatically assume the negative, maybe something occured like an accident, I would say be Patient and rebook if you don't hear anything vs. seeking ways to deem her as a bad Provider when something detrimental may have occured.

I've joined P411/date-check in the last few months and seen a couple of providers. This morning I sent a request to a provider on P411 for an appointment this afternoon at a specific time. She txt'd me back asking if I could see her later in the day. I asked what time, and she replied with a new time. I replied immediately and agreed.

Fast forward to this afternoon, and I hit a local bar for a margarita in anticipation of Cinco de Mayo...waiting for my later appointment. Fifteen minutes prior to the appointment, I txt the provider asking are we still on for our appointment....no reply. I've still not heard anything.

If a customer is a no-show, the providers can ding us on P411 and date-check. What recourse do we have as customers when providers are no shows? Our time is valuable just like their time is. I'm pretty sure my review here would not be approved since there's nothing to report. Suggestions?

If you had a CONFIRMED appt. and make sure it was CONFIRMED, then she is a no show, and should be reported if you don't hear back. Something might have happened so at least give her some time to respond, but if you don't hear shit for 24 hours, you should make Gina aware of this. As providers on that site we are expected to respond to requests in a certain amount of time, and also confirm our appts. If a client does NOT CONFIRM, we simply don't have an appt. but he is not a no show if he contacts us, and then never responds again.

Sorry this happened to you I just had a P411 member do this to me as well and I later found out he had a family emergency.I would suggest give her some time to get back to you since this just happened today.
If you do not hear back from her this weekend I would let gina know.
Maybe something happened that prevented her from getting back to you.
It really sucks when your time is wasted and not in a good way:)

made the appointment and she NCNS.She never gave an explanation.  

What did i do?  

Found another provider. It happens so you have to get used to it.

Some people say if the provider doesnt respond in a day or two then you post her name on your regional board but I'm not sure how effective that is for your "compensation"

It happens and it sucks and most likely it will happen again. As they say shit happens. Heres a few excuses i've heard the next day or so after a NCNS
1) I got pulled over for my window tint and had a warrant for a ticket i forgot to pay
2) I locked my keys in the car with my phone and i couldn't remember your number
3) My sister went into premature labor, and i rushed out without my phone on me
4) I couldn't confirm our date for today so i just cancelled now 5 minutes before date
5) I had problems with my son and i just had to take care of them
6) I got drunk with a friend last night and we stayed up all night and then i slept all day
7) Sorry i fell asleep. This one happens quite often

Basically its just going to happen. Don't stress over it and just move on because there's plenty of other good providers out there that will take your money.
