If P411 calls your office -- something that makes me nervous -- I'm assuming their number comes up as blocked? Anyone know for certain since the switchboard, and all phones, in my office have caller ID. Thanks.

They have never called me so I can't answer your question directly, but all my interactions with them have been very professional.  I have to believe they would be the same if they called.

They screened me and called the office - no problem.  However to be safe why not call or e/m them and ask?  They seem friendly and professional.

That's one of the nice things about P411; you can call them and talk to a nice, helpful person.  Since I'm retired there was no office to call, so they suggested an alternative that worked out fine.

What was the suggested alternative?

I work from home mostly so calling the office to reach wasn't really an option so for me they offered copy of DL, latest payslip and cellphone bill (first page only with name and number).
