If you made a mistake, ask to edit & they can activate edit for a period.  Another option is to rewrite (though it's supposed to be of a new experience) and the new review will replace the old

and you also have 90 days to submit the review.  Waiting  awhile and using an alias to write the review,  can stop the provider from harassing you. Just remember to document and save all the communication from the provider.
