My profile has a phone number that is invalid. Is there anything I can do as a provider to change it, or does it have to be done by a hobbyist? I am very happy to be a part of the TER community. I would really like to have my contact info correct though. I changed phone numbers on one of my phones so one of my phone numbers listed is invalid. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks

Open your profile and click on the "Report a Problem" button.  You will then be able to notify Admin. about the issue.

..is in your 'freepost' site.  To me, that means both numbers are still valid.  Maybe you should change your ad to reflect that one phone no. is invalid.

I have been trying to figure out this site for some time now, and run into dead ends everywhere I turn.  HOW do you set up a profile????  I opened my account three months ago, and one of my hobbyists attempted to put up a review - but it was not accepted because support stated I did not set up my profile - but I entered all my info when I first opened the account.  HELP!
