While the review will be removed from the provider's profile, it will still be listed on your list of reviews on your profile. The first review will be marked 'unapproved' and the newer one marked as 'approved'. You can still read the original on your page, but no one else will now be able to see it.
Otherwise, everything perfectstorm said about repeat reviews is correct. I agree with him, unless there was a distinct difference in the first date/review compared with the second one, there really is no need to do it again. It's a lot of work for no reward (VIP days) for you. All it accomplishes is to get the provider onto the first page of reviews for a while.
I'm looking at the TER review guidelines and not quite sure if I understand the rules. If I write a second review about a provider I've now seen twice, is that second review considered an "update" that replaces my original review?
The second one will get posted, and the original one will get removed. You will not get 15 days credit for the new review. If there are no significant changes between the two reviews, you should just let the first one stand. However if there were changes in services or performance (good or bad) or you are changing your number rating, or it was a totally different kind of date, (say the first date was 1 hour, but this one was a dinner date or overnight) then it is worth submitting a new review.

from a reviewers point of view..i have seen several providers on repeat sessions..i never have written an updated review once..admins policy is sound..it is to prevent giving extra days for guys who love their favorites..it also discourages a lot of them from writing an updated review..unless their is a dramatic difference in performance i usually dont bother..there rarely is ..but by giving any reviewer say 2 days credit instead of 15 would to me encourage more rewrites..just my 2 cents..
