So i am fairly new to this and i am curious as to the differance between an hour session vs a two hour session.  I know a lot of providers will offer fs with multiple pops with an hour.  What would be the advantage of a two hour session would i het even more pops or does this mean a more quality session. Also what would the provider's expectations of me be during a two hour. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

You will KNOW when you find the right lady ! The emails will seem to "trigger" you. A phone call or two just seems GREAT !!!   You "click" .........
Trust me ,when they have that effect, an hour simply flies by and you'll be kickin' yourself !!! Been there, done that .........
As they say .....It's the journey, not the destination.

Main difference is that with a 2 hour session you don't feel so rushed.  Not so pressured to get the second pop off if thats what you are worried about. Gives you some time to maybe make a better connection with your companion if thats important to you. I will not promise you that the session will be better from a physical standpoint but with the right girl, the mental exchanges are as exciting as the physical. Depends on how deep your pockets are and what you are looking for.  Try 2 hours with someone you have already hit it off with and then draw your own conclusion.

There were a couple of reasons for this.  Most importantly, I felt 1 hour was not an adequate amount to connect with my provider.  I think it's London Rayne that often says how 1 hour is just not enough time for a true GFE experience.  I agreed with her, and I'm glad I made the decision to go 2 hours.  My provider of choice also listed in her ads that 2 hours was her preferred appointment length.  

Like everyone else said longer time is better. I enjoy round 2 myself better than round one. Seem to have more control on the trigger. Also not as rushed and I enjoy the cuddle time in between rolls in the hay. Feel her out a bit before booking via emails etc. Recently I saw a new lady who I felt great about after some communication so went for 2 hours only regret was I didn't book 3. We really hit it off, best chemistry I ever felt in this hobby it all flowed naturally so glad I didn't book 1 hour. Trust you're gut on picking the right lady oh yeah and hydrate well before you go!!

I try to look for some possible chemistry while choosing a lady. With the right gal 2 hours is not even enough.

If her two hour rate is a stretch for you then an hour is just fine unless she specifically states her minimum is two hours. More than likely lots of other guys scheduling hour dates. Don't feel guilty about it.

More pops? is that what you're looking for. By your handle I'm going to guess you maybe under 30.
Not sure what a  " a more quality session" means.  What' s your goal, are you just looking to pound a provider into the mattress?  

I've had some very nice 1 hour sessions but for a first date, minimum of 1 1/2 ( or 2) is ideal to establish the chemistry and really get the most out of  your time together.

you can't get to know a person in two hours. It's just easier to pace the "action" on the date.

"connection" as well. Whatever you do, only use discretionary funds to hobby; this can become addicting.

An hour is a way to test the waters for half the money and if providers did not "like" hours, they would not offer them. Ok, maybe that's not exactly true in some cases, but you get my meaning. Don't feel pressured to book with some unknown for a time frame you are not comfortable with.

IMHO, test the waters especially with providers you have never met before.  We were all newbies once and some people just "click" and hit a home run at their first at bat.  You read their reviews and think "Damn I'm gonna have a time like that" and it's not ALWAYS the case.  Been at a strip club and found that a smoking hot girl acts like she's a robot in the VIP room?  Exactly.  Just like in real life, some people with click with, others not.  Some providers may even offer things not on their menu if they connect with you but remember we should always respect the ladies and their wishes.  My ATFs I have almost always started with a hour session.  Sometimes I have extended it to 2 during the hour or sometimes I visit them a few days later.  Regardless, you will find what makes you feel like a king and remember, variety is the spice of life.  Happy hunting!
