Ladies that have asked to be de-listed have basically told TER they don't want to be here or have anyone see their reviews, so they aren't welcome to post. That makes sense doesn't it friend?

A lady who voluntarily delists is not saying she doesn't want to be a part of TER. On the contrary, she might be interested in paying a VIP membership, participating in discussion and doing all those other things TER members do besides having their SO, children, etc read how good they suck dick. I would hope there are other ways providers can still be involved in this community without needing to have everyone know how tight and wet her pussy gets. But if that's not the case, and ladies who voluntarily delist (perhaps for safety reasons) aren't allowed here or their VIP dollars aren't just as green, it's good to know.

Let's say a lady voluntarily delists her reviews (and board participation as a result), but she wants to come back in the future. Would her same reviews reappear? Would she have to start over with her reviews? Would she be unwelcomed, as well?

she must get Admin's permission (probably with a detailed explanation of the situation). If allowed back... a lady's reviews would be reinstated with her username.

Having said that, I've seen cases where gals are NOT welcomed back after de-listing.

will probably be reinstated if she requests it.  But if she was de-listed by TER staff, that's another story.  They may or may not reinstate her depending on the severity of her behavior.
