How reliable are the reviews on this board?

A loaded question if I ever read one! I'll try and keep this short. On the looks rating, here's my favorite quote "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" As far as performance, I look for consistancy, all 8's or 9's with a 10 once in awhile. With the majority of the reviews authored by experienced clients. A low score on performance once in awhile, will not deter me from seeing an escort, because, and here's a favorite, ymmv. Newbies need to be mindful that the 1-10 scale normal  guys USUALLY use for rating ladies on the street, or on TV, or in magazines is NOT the exactly the same scale used by TER hobbyists!

I recommend newbies expecting  beautiful providers, drop TWO (2) full appearance ratings points for the actual looks on any normal scale. A TER  "9- model material" is usually closer to a "7- attractive" in the real world man scores.

What happens is many of the guys on sites like this have never fucked anything above a "5" or "6", and also many are so enamored with a great fuck, or BJ that appearance scores get very inflated. You will notice some very average, and some very heavy girls with 8 & 9 scores for appearance. Scale your  provider appearance expectations WAY down, because there are very few "model material" types or "Once in a lifetimes" for less than $500/hr.

Have low expectations & you won't be disappointed.

You need to check how many reviews each reviewer has posted. Make sure they're not all 10's or 1's. Look for a variety of ratings as not all providers are great or lousy or in between.
If the reviewer has seen a provider that you have seen, check if his review is consistent with your opinion.
I personally think the reviews (for the most part) are a bit embellished. Unless I'm the only one on here who doesn't fuck like a porn star

To me, the performance score is more indicative of what you may experience.  Also, there is not substitute (other than seeing the lady) for getting VIP so you can read the juicy details and also PM some of the reviewers if you have questions or concerns.

That's the magic of a good provider, she will make us think that we fuck like a porn star, even when we really fuck like a schlub!

A provider that I would consider desirable is one that has consistent scores and I actually appreciate when they have the occasional luke warm review - show's they are legit.

The truth is that the scores are a bit inflated as mentioned before but a girl who has a menu that qualifies for a 9 or 10: shows up on time, is the girl in the pic, offers the menu she's listed and is reviewed for, is personable and clean and easy to deal with - is a 9 or 10 by my standards.  

Also, understand that providers will likely read your reviews as they are screening you.  When gent's give 7's to a girl who usually gets 7's - great.  But when they see a reviewer constantly  giving 2 points below what others give the same girl, they may take a pass on you.  Being overly critical or overly generous is never good.

I see reviews and posts on girls all the time and 9 out of 10 say she is smoking hot. Then you see pictures of the girls and its saggy tits and cellulite.

This 'hobby" really is a research job if you are looking for truely model type women. Many of the sites like EROS and Cityvibe advertise gorgeous women, but are fakes.  You really need to check back and forth between them and TER to read the reviews to get a pretty good feeling about the girl you choose. And even they I guess untill you see her in person, it's not a definite.

Now if you just want to have a fun time and a girl that will blow your mind (among other things) pick well reviewed women and go in woith eyes wide shut (or an open mind).

I've wondered about all the awesome looking women on Eros.  The pictures are so extraordinarily tempting, but then when I look for reviews on them on TER, nada... or one or two glowing reviews from users that only have posted one or two reviews themselves.

Do you think the Eros "fakes" are mostly agency scams?  Are any/many LE?
