I am writing this post as a primer for new providers who are trying to enter this business; seasoned providers who may have become less than enthusiastic about their job; and for anyone else that cares to read it. I am not a provider. But I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night, so I feel as if I might have some expertise valuable to the profession.
It's also fun to post things that get people to talking! LOL

Being a Provider!
You're set up now with a website and pictures. You're ready to book your first appointment. Who will it be? How many will there be? Are they axe murderers? LOL
Don't know how to screen? There are many methods to screening, some providers have 2 to 3 step screen process, others have really in-depth screening process. I'd recommend that since you are a newbie provider, do the 2 to 3 step screening process for now. Ask experiened providers how to do the screening. Some providers will push you to join places like Preferred 411 to establish a screening process. That's ONE option. You are NOT required to do this. Do what is BEST for YOU!
Actually, most of your clients are nice guys. They are your neighbor, your boss, your dad. Yes, it's likely your dad has booked more than a few escorts in his day. Times were different back then, but he probably did it. Men are men. We're visual, we want our dick sucked and done good! We want a woman to worship us as if we're still 19 years old and Greek Gods. We're not. But you are asking for a lot of money and we expect you to remind us of how it feels to be a stud!
During your first 6 months, you can expect to have a lot of interest in you. Lots of men will see you as "Fresh Meat". Someone new on the scene. They will have high expectations of you. You don't have to be a Tropicana Bikini Model! All you have to do is appear to have a horny attitude and make men feel welcome! Honestly! That's all it takes. But don't try to bullshit us. If you aren't a 19 year old in college, don't try to tell us that you are a pre-med major! We'll see right through you. Nothing delights me more, than to talk to a young provider, she tries to tell me she's in nursing school, and I ask her about the "ATP-Krebs Cycle" and she has no idea what I'm talking about. Most of your clients are college graduates. Only they can afford to book an hour at the rates you are likely to ask for! They've been to college and know the score! My advice here? Be yourself! If you are living in a trailor and have 3 kids in diapers and you make incredible corn bread in a cast iron skillet... run with that! We all love Paula Dean right? Don't try to bullshit your clients!
There are girls advertising in Beverly Hills that say they are PhD's and they do this because they love men so much. They're lying! We all know it. Don't be like that! Look! These guys are smart, for the most part. In your previous job, maybe you were a cashier making $8 per hour. How long did you work to bring home $300 to your family? Consider it a gift that these men want to give you that much money for a blowjob and sometimes a fuck! It's really not a big deal. You have sex for love and then you know that you've had sex for other reasons in your life. Perhaps you have been abused, perhaps you've just put up with a lot of shit. Either way, sex isn't that bad. All you have to do is make that guy think you love it. I'm betting dollars to donuts, you already know how to do that. He knows it. You know it. Just don't talk about it. Touch the guy like you find him attractive. Kiss him like he makes you melt. When you suck his dick, do it as if you love it more than he does. THAT is what he's paying for.
Doing Business

Try to respond to every PM you get within 2 hours. Let the guy know that you are happy to see him/can't meet with him at that time but that you'd love to. Thank him for his interest in you. After all, what you don't know is, he's investigated you. He's searched all over for reviews, pictures, written PM's to his buddies. He's spent time looking into you before you ever saw his PM in your inbox. He deserves an answer. NOW!
Chances are, ol' boy is married to a woman that isn't all that excited about seeing him naked again. He's taking risks by writing to you.
