i have a review but no website, so they could not post it... is there a way around that?  Can I just pay for a membership?

it does not have to be for a personal website, an ad  on EROS, CL, etc will suffice as well.

So at worst, post a free ad on CL and that linked address will be accepted in a review

Like Craigslist or cityvibe or backpage. A link to those will work as a website for a review. Also consider getting a website, you can get many free ones from various webhosts.
