Ask if anyone in your area has seen her.  If you can't find anyone who has seen her, go with your gut.  My rule has always been, no reviews, no visit, but you will have to make that decision yourself.

Many providers do not want reviews for security purposes, keeping their names and faces out of the limelight, so to speak, as much as possible.  You didn't mention where you saw her information, was it backpage or something similar?  That would make a big difference in my book.  Anyone can make a good website, so that really doesn't mean much as far as her legitimacy is concerned.  I think the bottom line is for you to find someone that has seen her.

I found a provider on the web that I would very much like to visit, but she does not want reviews and therefore there are none.  how do you approach this.  her website looks very good but not sure I want to take a chance that she is LE or worse. )

Leave it to those with some experience to explore uncharted ground. They have a better sense of what to look out for. As a newbie, you should stick with well reviewed providers, and not take chances with anybody you aren't sure about.

I know an UTR who has pulled her reviews and wants no reviews for personnel reasons, but she also does not advertise on BP or CV. If you had found someone like that it would be normal to post as Swim said in the ISO board and hope you got a positive result. If she is on BP advertising and does not want reviews she might be fine and that is her choice. Just as it is my choice in the absence of finding anybody who will vouch for her to ignore her. No reviews and ads on a site like BP could also mean I don't want reviews because they would all be bad that's not me in the picture and I just get as many guys lured in as I can. Without some other research saying its ok to see her I would not take the chance.

I know some restrict reviews because there are just so many sites...  but choose one.   I would skip without ANY reviews, ANY where.  
Too many scams to list...  the reviews are all we've got.
