You are taking a "personal choice" of a provider and extrapolating that the lady is LE.  

Many ladies choose to blur or partially obscure their faces if they have concerns about being recognized by friends, family, hotel staff, etc.  Others consider the risk minimal and feel that showing their faces can result in an increase in business.  

The truth is that an ad placed by LE may or may not have a photo of the lady's face.  

The best you can do is do your homework.  Look for ladies who are well reviewed by hobbyists with multiple reviews.  Do not take a chance on unknown providers, especially as a newbie, as TOFTT is risky unless you are a seasoned hobbyist.  Avoid CL, unless its a reviewed lady.  There are many reasons to do this, not limited to LE.

Read the "Newbie Manual" and this board for information on the dos and don'ts to stay safe.  Also use the "search posts" features and look up posts related to LE and see what other posts are available on the subject.

none of it goes to legitimacy of the provider - connection to LE could be any of the above

follow the mantra of the seasoned hobbyists --- stick to well reviewed providers and your odds of success go way up

on their websites.  It does not mean they are safe or not.  Their presence on sites like this is a much better indicator of that.

I would think blurred faces might be more likely an LE girl since they don't want their faces seen as it would blow their cover.
