Well, then, maybe they mean she is a great gal, that is to say a gem....

as in diamond, etc.

Or we can have some fun and try and come up with a phrase that fits.

How about:  Girl Everyone Munches

Like mrfisher said, it means

you think she is a jewel of a provider and really liked her looks, service, attitude, etc.  It's not an acronym in this case, just has it typed in all caps.
