I'm very new to this and have have not taken the leap of faith to book my first appointment yet.  I'm most likely joining datecheck soon.
I've joined TER on a monthly basis to research some local incall providers in my area.   I wouldn't say i'm intending on becoming a hobbyist, but I'm guessing many of you said the same in the beginning.
I have been a "good boy" for over 9 years, in a marriage that has grown cold lately. As if a lightbulb went on, I have been obsessively researching my options here lately.  The itch has grown with intensity and must be scratched!
I know many of the following questions are probably all over this board individually,
so thanks in advance for your help
1.I'm an acitve parent in my community and discretion and avoiding LE is my first priority; The reason I have not yet taken the plunge.  Is trusting a girl's profile that has been reviewed multiple times (the criteria I've been using) enough of a check or am I missing something?
2. How long should getting checked out by Datecheck and then again by provider normally take? For instance if I set up a DC or P411 account today, I would have a date in ___ days?
3. I've been copy/pasting provider's phone numbers from backpage into the advanced seaarch here on TER.  then reading profiles.  I have not had much success finding providers other than on Backpage. Where else should i be looking? eros are thin in my community and mostly repeats from BP.
4. My level of anxiety of taking the plunge is probably 7.5/10. any tips of what pitfalls to avoid and what to expect on a first encounter are greatly appreciated.
5. I see many reviews mentioning DATY. As it's one of my favorite things in my regular life, I question the general cleanliness of the provider.  My urge to do so would probably ovetake me on a date, but are you constantly thinking about the date she had 20 minutes before you? I would hope the answer is yes, but is it safe to assume that the providers wash between appointments?
6. I forsee myself booking an hour with a provider that allows mult pops, as I know my first will be quick due to the excitement of the newness of it. Or would it be a better idead to only take a 30 min appointment and just get one pop as a noob?
7. lastly, if any of you could suggest a newbie firendly provider in the jersey shore area, it's greatly apprecaited.
8. Could LE post on sites like P411 or Datecheck? As they are sites that check out the clients, I would think the girls also have to be verified to post an ad, am I correct?
Thanks again, happy new year!

1.  Not all reviews are created equal.  You need to consider the source of the review.  A stock pick from Bill Miller of Legg Mason or Steve Cohen of SAC Capital is a lot different than a stock pick from your haircutter who heard it from retail broker who works for Merrill Lynch.  Established reviewers have a good history, and you can see it by their reviews.  Avoid guys who review exactly two girls a month because they are doing the reviews to get free VIP.  VIP costs, what, $30 a month?  If a guy is too cheap to pay $30/month but can afford to see girls who are charging $500/hour...beware.  I don't hold those guys in high regard.  If they can't spell or punctuate for shit, I disregard their reviews, as well.  The best reviews come from guys who are reliable and who you PM and email with.

2.  I don't use third-party screening services.  I am single, so I can afford to take more risk.  The providers I see are either going by the word/references of other providers, or they are well-reviewed enough where I trust them with my personal information.  Set your own risk tolerances and abide by them.

3.  You didn't mention where you are located.  Try the local discussion boards for provider ads.  If you are in a smaller metropolitan location, you may be outta luck.

4.  I won't go into what you should expect on your encounters.  Do a search.  This is asked way too often.

5.  Check the CDC site for statistics on oral sex:

http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources/factsheets/oralsex.htm

Again, set your own risk tolerances.

6.  I can't tell you whether multiple pops and a longer appointment is better for YOU than a shorter appointment with one pop.  That's for you to figure out.

7.  There are a ton of providers in the Jersey area.  Narrow it down by searching for the area code in the Jersey Shore area.

8.  Of course LE can post on anything.  But you have to believe that the third-party screening sites can do their job effectively and keep LE out.  You are asking a bunch of questions that might very well be about asking about the safety of flying.  At some point you need to accept the risks.  Or don't, and move on.

area, maybe it would be better for you to hobby out-of-town. Take a guy trip (golf in the summer or maybe an NBA game in Phila. or NYC) and play away from home. That will minimize any risk of being discovered locally. The last thing you want is to set up a date close to home and have the provider turn out to be a mom of one of your kids friends.
