Im a newbie to this site (not the hobby) and was wondering is there anywhere on here where I can post a provider ad? and if so how? thanks alot

You can post on ad on the Regional Board.  It's above, use the drop down window to find the city you maybe in.  Otherwise, use the "other" cities.  Make sure to read the posting rules for providers which is in the "self help center". Back on the main newb page, upper right corner. tThere are quite a few rules, stick with it, once you get a few reviews, you'll see. Best of luck
