I suggest you put your location somewhere so that

we at least have a general idea where you are located.  Area codes are now transportable.

Hi Chanell,

Welcome to TER.   Since we don't know where you are, it's kind of difficult to give you much advice.  Best thing you can do rirght now is read the self help center.  While there is nothing there that specifically refers to black providers, there is a lot of info that can help you.
