In time after you prove you aren't going to cause problems you can ask to be unmoderated.

I would add that sometimes, depending on board traffic, it can take a long time. I've seen it take over three hours. Usually it's pretty quick though. If you post and it takes a long time and you start to wonder, you can go to account manager and select my board posts from the drop down under "more" and you can check on it. If it says new, well that's self explanatory. If it was not allowed for some reason, then you will be able to see why.

means you need to demonstrate to admin that you can follow the posting guidelines.  The best way to do that is to post on your local regional board, post an ad on your local regional ad board, and post here.  Read the self help center, and then ask questions here.  When you have shown admin that you follow the the posting rules, you can ask admin to un-moderate you.  It might take a month or so.

Isn't that nicer that posting "Swim, are you PUI AGAIN???!!!" lol

I am sure you have already read Storm's post about the OP being a dude, but you know I can't pass up chance for a cheap laugh.

Just assumed OP was a provider, since nothing in the post indicated what he or she was.  Oh, well, shit happens.
