As a new provider how do you get reviews? I've tried to sign up with Date Check and Preffered 411 but got rejected for them not being able to identify me. This is killing my business. Please help! I have a verified website and everything.

Simple, you get a client to review you.

Bear in mind that "simple" is not necessarily easy.

Advertise on your local ad board here on TER. It'll be difficult to get someone to take a chance, at first, but once you get one review there will be more coming!

Location

I recommend clarifying your location on Home, About and maybe add a Schedule, Calendar or Touring page.

About says "USA, USA" which doesn't narrow it down enough. Blog says where you tour, but no specifics (calendar or schedule). That eliminates the more spontaneous fellows who only plan day of or day before.
They'll be seeing someone with an easier to find schedule.

Date-Check

I thought that you can sign up with D-C and be in the "Awaiting Confirmation" category. Once you get Approvals from already validated guys, you move to "Confirmed.
