you will want to go to the regional board where you are located.  Look for the dropdown box on the left side of this page.

There are posting guidelines which I can't quote verbatim though the moderators can.  Basically you can post a message announcing your availability once every 7 days.  Of course you can engage in discussions all you want.  It is only the advertisements that are limited to once a week.

It's always nice having new ladies come on board.
