If I'm a single guy in a relatively modest home, would you recommend against inviting a provider to my home, as opposed to grabbing a hotel room? I would much prefer my own environment, but would love to hear thoughts or opinions.

responses I've seen on this subject have been negative. Too much visibility to the neighbors, plus, unless you know the lady really well, do you want her knowing where you live?

I love visiting my cliet's home. You obviously will feel more comfortable, and you don't have to spend the money on the hotel room.

I stick to providers who have a good reputation to protect. I think you'll greatly appreciate the home court advantages. In addition to the obvious ones, you're out nothing if she postpones at the last minute, which is common.

I would not do it on a first encounter. To be blunt, until I get to know and trust a lady I wouldn't want her to know where I live.

Personally, I prefer the bland neutrality and anonymity of a hotel room...it's more comfortable for me emotionally, to be intimate with a stranger in a place that's strange to us both. And being in a building full of other people grants me the illusion, at least, of physical safety.

Everyone lives in apartments in my city...if I lived somewhere more suburban, I wouldn't go to a new clients house...it would just be too easy for him to get away with murder if that's the way his mind twisted.  
Obviously, even a busy upscale hotel won't keep a provider safe from harm, but it will discourage potential attackers who don't want to get caught.

However, from your side of the fence: if you feel comfortable having an escort at your house (you're single, and are presumably choosing someone who's well reviewed and won't be showing up looking like a street-walker), and she's comfortable seeing you there, then go for it...chances are she won't be stealing the silver, or doing anything else that could ruin her career...

the backgrounds of the ladies in this biz that you are going to see.  There could be, repeat could be, a undesireable background that you just don't know about with the lady, her driver, BF, or whomever.  Unless you are prepared to move in a hurry, I wouldn't do it.

Hmm..this topic has given me some thought. I actually prefer to visit the client, but then again, there is that level of trust. The client does not know me (especially if he/she got my name from here and i have no reviews as of yet) and I dont know them. I have done this in the past (visited them) but all who have posted to this topic have a valid point. there is the question of safety and trust. hmm. interesting. i may have to rethink my business, since i dont have a "location"..yet. Hmm. glad i read this post.
But, let me just put it out there..i personally dont really care to remember where a client lives. And i take numerous precautions..hmm. Why damage my not there yet rep? lol

Like most of the other posts, I would not see an escort for the first time at my home. My ATF comes to my home all the time now. However, I didn't invite her over until I had seen her 4 or 5 times. Just make sure if you invite a provider over, she is well reviewed. It's one thing to have a bad experience in a hotel, another in your home.

Particular if she highly reviewed and verified but on ome condition, she does not have a driver.  I did an outcall to a visting provider and she had a driver.  I understood why, but to have someone sitting outside in the parking lot is itimidating and it attracs attention from the neighbors

I have tons of frequest stayer hotel points, which I use to book a hotel for hobbying purposes.  

I would never hobby from home, for a variety of reasons.

I've visited a home on a first meeting plenty of times.  With a reputable provider, it shouldn't be a problem but it's all about your comfort.

I have done them, including first meetings and have had no issues.

Do your research, and you should have no problems.
