There are good websites.  There are cheap websites.  There are very few cheap AND good websites.  It is not clear from your handle whether you are a provider or a client --- I am assuming you are a provider.  If so, you should regard this as a business investment and go for quality --- the Internet is very competitive these days.

I am also assuming you don't want to use CityVibe or Craig's List.  If you don't already have an established reputation and/or clientele, it may be difficult to get clients at first; you have to think about what it will take to raise peoples' interest (not to mention other parts of the anatomy! ).

Go to http://rare-escort.com to sign up for a free webpage of your own. Absolutely NO cost, and their layouts look really great. Alot of ladies (myself included) use this site.

and certainly better than CraigsList and backpage.com.  It gives you a multi-page site, and gives you a place to post the TER badge, required linking your sites to you posts on TER's boards.

That said, be careful using this template, particularly the Services (that I provide)portion.  I've seen enough of these sites to recognize that there is a menu list of services of nearly every term known in the English speaking world.  Many of these terms are meaningless in the US, and using others those that are, are probably more explicit than is safe for you.

If you decide to go the rare-escort route, follow Stacy's (SinsOfTheFlesh) example and keep the services offered list to a minimum.

I've seen many of the "rare-escort" sites, and frankly, I find them rather pretentious and boring.  Every site of theirs looks like every other site of theirs (so far as I have observed, at least); they are sort of the McDonalds of escort sites.  May I suggest you consider CityVibe?  At least you have some latitude for being creative there.

I likewise dislike the rare-escort site.  They are so frequently used that I feel it cheapens the impression made by the person using it.  Since it's all about marketing, it's an area where putting your best foot forward is important.  If money is tight, it's not a bad first option, but it should be replaced soon afterwards.  There are places where you can purchase website templates, and the adult versions start at around $19, if I remember correctly.  It's more for multi-page, etc, but they're still pretty cheap.  I don't have the link handy, but the folks at Google most likely do.  They tell you how many times it's been purchased, or you can own exclusive use of it for a bit more.
