Do exactly what you did here on the Newbie Board but use your regional ad . . .

board rather than a general discussion board.

Have you read the Self Help Manual?...

It is a large and complicated subject, so reading up on it first is best.  

Afterwards you can come back and ask specific questions.

Follow this link to the rules for posting ads. They are very specific...

...you don't have to have a website to post an ad but you do have to have an web presence such as an ad on Eros, Slixa, etc. or P411 account or a website.

If you've tried to post an ad and it was rejected by TER use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and ask them what's wrong with your ads
