I saw an ad where a provider quoted two prices, one for "GFE" and the other about 40% higher for "naughty GFE." Any idea what the difference is?  I'd never heard of "naughty GFE."

check her reviews and see if that is on the menu.  Many providers charge a premium over their regular rates for Greek.

I couldn't tell you what that means. The provider in question has great reviews but it's hard to tell what she's getting at there.
