I was under the impression that ladies generally like a person to make a specific request for a date and time when they contact them. But I could be completely wrong (and you are a vet compared to me!).
Bottom line is, you've gotten some OK's and those ladies are happy to see you again. I'd put more stock in that over some communication shortcomings from ladies (or their assistants) you haven't even met yet!!
I don't know where you live, but I live in MN and plenty of ladies have advertised availability between now and the holidays. Have you checked your local ad board?
Still new to this hobby. I have seen 4-5 ladies over the last few months or so. When I first started I joined here as a VIP and joined P411. Did some research and listen to the advice of the guys and gals on here. I had very good success right out of the gate being able to find newbie friendly ladies and had a good time. The ladies were always responsive and professional in setting up the appointment.
The last month or 2 I have had little success getting ladies to respond to a request for an appointment. Either through email if that's the way they request or even when putting in a P411 request.

I have a few OK's now so I thought things would be getting easier not the other way around.
The first few ladies I saw seem to have no problem seeing me again so I don't think I pissed anyone off but who knows.
For right now I'm just sticking with the couple of ladies I saw already
I think I saw a similar post a while back but, my question for the guys is this normal at times to have to contact quite a few ladies to get someone to respond ? Or you think maybe I was just lucky at first.
on 411, not sure if that is still the case. It's also the holidays so keep in mind not all providers work this time of year, and are busy with their own families. Still, a simple "I am not available" takes all of 2 seconds. It amazes me how any provider can not have some kind of device that allows her to respond to emails. Seems like that would be a given in this business.
How soon are you expecting an appt. when sending these emails? I mean are you saying, "Hey, I want to see you in a few hours, a day, a week?" Some women do not do same day appts. so that might be why some are not responding.

Hi London thanks for the response. I have been sending a request usually a week before the appointment. It is kinda weird since the first few ladies were so nice and professional, I even had a few that responded within a day or so and said I'm not available which is fine.
But lately not so much. It just seems strange to me since I have worked in the corporate world for 25 years and I am used to responding to about 100 emails a day myself even if it's just as you mentioned a quick follow up.
I'm sure the holidays play a role, I'll probably try again with a new lady or 2 after the holidays

if P411 admin is made aware of that, they will suspend the providers account and request that she contact them. It is free for us to have a profile on there and all they ask is that we respond to ALL requests for an appt, and/or correspondence. Even if we don't want to see them, or not enough notice, whatever the case may be. We are supposed to RESPOND!
I don't think p411 makes THAT clear to a guy who becomes a member......
Even if someone send a request for a same day appt, if you don't DO same day appointments it's still appropriate to respond to the guy for chrissakes...... Then next time they will know to give more notice.
pretty simple really.

it could cause a problem with the your "relationship" with the provider. if she had another reason for not responding and you get P411 involved wont it be impossible to ever get another appointment?
this happend to me twice with the same provider.i contacted them to see if there was a technical issue with my account or her email and found nothing wrong there. P411 didnt say she violated rules or that they would suspend her but I told them I didn't want to file a complaint or cause her any trouble so I just let it go.
or maybe it was beginners luck. The winning streak or now the loosing streak happens to everyone, everything goes smooth as can be, then all of sudden, like you experienced you stirke out .
All I can see is keep on trying with new providers, and NEVER take things personally.
Sometimes in the general details of the review the hobbyists will mention the communication skills of the provider. My advice, stay clear of providers who reviewers mention have poor communication skills, if you're in a large city there's usally plenty of providres to see.
Good advice thanks. I try not to to take any of it personally, I have no problem if one provider or another doesn't want to see me, it's just the no response at all that makes you wonder what's going on or if I'm doing something wrong in my approach.

Are you posting as an alias? If your withholding your Board Id's when your contacting the ladies that could be spooking them.

the two most common requirements providers cite are hygiene and being a gentleman. It is whay they almost always say when the question comes up on these boards.
I never got the "establishing a connection" with a client" aspect of this hobby so maybe that's what it is???

You will never know the reasons why providers do what they do. IMO, It's out of line to delve any further by, for example, asking them about those reasons.
Do the ladies ever wonder why clients who used to always call them for appointments when they're in town suddenly stop calling them? I don't think so.
I'm sure I could move the odds in my favor if I saw ladies outside of P411 but I'm not willing to give up the info they request
so I just have to wait until I get responses.
And for heavens sake, ( from your post you have not done anything wrong) don't ever blame yourself for it.

You might have picked ladies who are harder to schedule with, who are more busy/popular, or whatever.
If the ladies aren't being responsive, there are a myriad of reasons which are all distinct possibilities. Instead of playing conjecture, why not just reach out to them again? Say something like:
"Hi, this is Art. I tried contacting you before, but I didn't receive a response until a few days later. I would really like to book with you, but realize that sometimes it's not always possible to get an appointment. I have a few other ladies I am considering, but would really like the chance to book with you. Please let me know the best way to make this happen."
