You can check to see if you have any reviews by going to the Review section, then select "research reviews".
Enter some of your info like phone number or email and hit search and see if your name comes up, then click on that and your profile will come up, which will have, among other things, your TER number

Choose REVIEWS from this row of tabs at the top: [My TER] [Reviews] [Mail] ...
Then choose "Search Reviews" from the row under the tabs: [New Reviews] [Search Reviews] [Search] ...
Then enter data that others are likely to know from your ads (phone, email). Is the name in your Adina?
TER has some confusing uses of different numbers. Every regular member has a number associated with their account. It is hidden from public view, we never need it for anything and it is more for TER book keeping and record keeping purposes. The only way I know how to find my own member id is to look at one of the reviews I have written; not the PUBLIC review, the review with header info that only I can see.
The other MORE IMPORTANT number is the TER ID NUMBER from Provider profiles, sometimes called "Profile Number" to better distinguish it from any other number.
I just did a search of "Name = Adina" and Country = USA, All Cities. There are several but only 2 with recent reviews. Are you either of these Adinas?
