This question gets asked and answered fairly regularly on the FAQs for Newbies board.  That's how I learned how to do it, lol.

I wound up getting an ImageCoast account to which I upload my pics, and then link to them when posting.  Although the link it says to use does not work for TER and I have to use one of the other links provided, I haven't had any real problems since going that route. :-

I can't get the address for any of your website pictures (embedded in a script) so had to pull one from your P411 ad to show how the address should look.  This link should be showing one of your pictures:
